Date:                    December 17, 2020

Dear BPS Family,

Throughout this global pandemic BPS has tried to provide as much normalcy for our students and community as possible, while trying to maintain a safe environment for our stakeholders.  With the rise in COVID-19 cases in our community and surrounding areas, we must make some changes to our spectator policy regarding all indoor events.  Per Governor Stitt’s executive order on December 14, 2020, each student participant will be issued four tickets.  Any spectator attending an event at BPS must have a valid ticket issued by BPS to enter.  We are also asking that all spectators wear a mask while attending all school events.  If it is possible to maintain a social distance of six feet away from other spectators, you may remove your mask.  Families are encouraged to sit together as long as they are six feet apart from other spectators.   Please help us in following the above protocols so that our students can continue participating in extracurricular activities.

Sincerely,

Shawn Haskins
