Participating high schools included: Blackwell, Burlington, Cleveland, Covington-Douglas, Deer Creek-Lamont, Drummond, Hennessey, Pioneer, St. Mary’s Catholic School, Tonkawa, and Woodland. Stillwater Junior High also competed. According to Cara Beth Johnson, NOC Business Chair, 314 exams were administered.For Blackwell High School Students, awards will be given on May 9th at the Academic Assembly in the BHS Auditorium at 12:45. Each participant receives a certificate. Medals are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Also, juniors and seniors will receive NOC scholarships: $150 for 1st place, $100 for 2nd place, and $50 for 3rd place.
